Influencer Igho "Tiny" Ubiribo, also known as Denisi or Ego, died at age 43 following a genital enlargement procedure in Thailand, a coroner confirmed to TMZ.

Ubiribo, a British-Nigerian businessman, died of a pulmonary embolism—a sudden blockage of blood vessels in the lungs—caused by the cosmetic surgery, according to coroner Jean Harkin. During a trip to Thailand in March, Ubiribo had 40 milliliters of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine injected into his penis, according to an inquest at Inner West London Coroners’ Court.

Following the operation, Ubiribo reportedly experienced chest pain and passed out twice while getting a massage with his wife, Danielle Simba Allen. He was transported to a local hospital, where doctors performed CPR for more than 100 minutes. He died on March 6 from complications related to the operation.

Ubiribo was laid to rest during a funeral in London in May.
