Dubai’s iconic Jumeirah Beach 1 is set to reopen next month following a significant infrastructure and lifestyle upgrade, Dubai Municipality announced. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, recently inspected the project, which is now more than 95 percent complete.

The upgrade, costing approximately AED 50 million (roughly $13.6 million USD), aims to enhance the beach's appeal and provide a more enjoyable experience for visitors. Specific improvements include enhanced facilities, upgraded landscaping, and improvements to the overall beach environment.
